  • At this time we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. Please read product descriptions carefully and make sure you are okay with the designated processing and shipping times before placing an order. 

    If there is an issue with a recent order, please contact us with your name, order number, and any photos that will help us understand the problem. We will do our best to make things right!

  • If you need to change your shipping address, make edits to your order, or request a cancellation, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request—as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet!

    To ensure we can help, please reach outwithin 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

    Please note: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement.

    We’re also unable to update billing addresses or payment methods once an order is placed.

  • I am currently not offering any commissioned or custom work at this time. Be sure to follow me on social media or join my email list for updates on this in the future!

  • Stationery Items:

    All stationery orders ship from our home on the sunny coast of Florida, within 7 business days. – Although, we strive to (and often) ship orders out much sooner!

    Current processing times are typically 2–3 business days, but may extend up to 7 business days during busy periods. During new product launches, holidays, or sales, please allow a little extra time.

    Art Prints Fulfilled by our Print Partners:

    All art prints are made-to-order and shipped separatelyby our trusted print partner, using globally located fulfillment centers. Processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days.

    You’ll recieve tracking information once your order has shipped!

  • For some items we do! At this time, Stationery Items are only available to the USA and Canada.

    Art Prints are available to select international countries including Canada, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe.

  • If your tracking has not updated for 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international), or if your package was marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up within 3 days, please contact us at support@erinpaynecreative.com so we can investigate and help.
