Processing Times

Stationery Items (notepads, stickers, magnets, cards, etc.):

  • All stationery orders ship from our home on the sunny coast of Florida, within 7 business days.

  • Although, we strive to (and often) ship orders out much sooner!

  • Current processing times are typically 2–3 business days, but may extend up to 7 business days during busy periods.

  • During new product launches, holidays, or sales, please allow a little extra time.

Art Prints Fulfilled by our Print Partners:

  • All art prints are made-to-order and shipped separately by our trusted print partner, using globally located fulfillment centers.

  • Processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and shipped. Please see our processing times above.

Separate shipments notice: Orders containing multiple product types may arrive in separate shipments. All art prints are made-to-order and shipped separately by our trusted print partner, using globally located fulfillment centers.

U.S. Shipping

Flat Shipping Rate: $7
Free Shipping: Orders over $35

Stationery (shipped from Florida):
2 to 5 business days transit time

Art Prints (fulfilled by our print partner):
2 to 8 business days transit time

Canada Shipping

Stationery: Flat shipping rate - $20

Art Prints: Flat shipping rate – $7

Transit time is typically 3 to 8 business days once shipped. Please allow additional time for order processing and customs clearance. Most Canadian orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days.

International Shipping

Art Prints are available to select international countries including Australia, Japan, and most of Europe. Transit time is typically 7 to 21 business days depending on fulfillment center location and customs processing.

Art Prints: Flat Shipping Rate - $7

Stationery: Only available to the USA and Canada

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns, Refunds, & Help

At this time we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to accidental orders, changed minds, or any other related reasons. Please read product descriptions carefully and make sure you are okay with the designated processing and shipping times before placing an order. 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our art prints, we are unable to accept returns on these items unless there is a defect or damage.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND REPLACEMENTS:

If there is a quality issue, you received the wrong item, or your order was damaged in any way during shipping, please contact us at support@erinpaynecreative.com so that we can get you a replacement sent ASAP!

Please include your name, order confirmation number, message, and any photos that will help us understand the problem in your email. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for any items damaged or broken after delivery.

PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT OR NEVER DELIVERED:

If your tracking has not updated for 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international), or if your package was marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up within 3 days, please contact us at support@erinpaynecreative.com so we can investigate and help.

CANCELLING OR EDITING AN ORDER:

  • If you need to change your shipping address, make edits to your order, or request a cancellation, please email us at support@erinpaynecreative. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request—as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet!

  • To ensure we can help, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

  • Please note: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement.

  • We’re also unable to update billing addresses or payment methods once an order is placed.

 

Product Color Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that all product images accurately represent the colors and details of the final item. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in lighting, screen calibration, and device display settings. Slight differences in tone or saturation are normal and do not qualify as defects.
