PROCESSING TIME

All orders ship from our home on the sunny coast of Florida, within 7 business days. Although, we strive to (and often) ship orders out much sooner! 

Right now our current processing time is about 2-3 business days.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

We ship all our orders through USPS. After your order has been shipped, delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 2–5 days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. For international orders, delivery times can vary between 1–6 weeks.

 

UNTRACKED SHIPPING

At checkout, you may see an untracked shipping option available for lightweight orders. Orders shipping within the U.S. that weigh less than 3oz qualify for free shipping without tracking. Orders shipping internationally that weigh less than 3oz qualify for a discounted shipping rate without tracking.

If you choose this untracked shipping method, your order will be shipped using standard postage stamps and will not include a tracking number.

Please note that bselecting untracked shipping, you acknowledge the risk of your package potentially being lost in transit. Once your order is marked as fulfilled and handed off to the postal service, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Refunds or replacements may not be available for orders shipped with an untracked method.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Buyers are responsible for providing a correct and current shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at hello@erinpaynecreative.com with your order number and the new address. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped before we receive your update request, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Please note: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we cannot guarantee a refund or a replacement order.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may be incurred. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing.

 

REFUND POLICY

At this time we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to accidental orders, changed minds, or any other related reasons. Please read product descriptions carefully and make sure you are okay with the designated processing and shipping times before placing an order. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS AND REPLACEMENTS

If there is a quality issue, you received the wrong item, or your order was damaged in any way during shipping, please contact us at hello@erinpaynecreative.com so that we can get you a replacement sent ASAP!

Please include your name, order confirmation number, message, and any photos that will help us understand the problem in your email. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for any items damaged or broken after delivery.

 

PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT OR NEVER DELIVERED

If your tracking has shown “pre-transit” for over 2 weeks with no updates, or if your package was marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up within 3 days, we’re happy to consider it lost in transit and send a replacement. Send us a message at hello@erinpaynecreative.com so we can help!

 

CANCELLING OR EDITING AN ORDER

If you need to change your shipping address, make edits to your order, or request a cancellation, please email us at hello@erinpaynecreative. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request—as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet!

To ensure we can help, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Please note: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement.

We’re also unable to update billing addresses or payment methods once an order is placed.

 

PRODUCT COLOR ACCURACY

We do our best to ensure that all product images accurately represent the colors and details of the final item. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in lighting, screen calibration, and device display settings.

Slight differences in tone or saturation are normal and do not qualify as defects. If you have any questions or concerns about a product before ordering, feel free to reach out — I'm always happy to help!
