Do you accept returns?
At this time we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. Please read product descriptions carefully and make sure you are okay with the designated processing and shipping times before placing an order.
If there is an issue with a recent order, please contact us with your name, order number, and any photos that will help us understand the problem. We will do our best to make things right!
Can I cancel or change something on my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, make edits to your order, or request a cancellation, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request—as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet!
To ensure we can help, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
Please note: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement.
We’re also unable to update billing addresses or payment methods once an order is placed.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship from our home on the sunny coast of Florida, within 7 business days. Although, we strive to (and often) ship orders out much sooner!
After your order has been shipped, delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 2–5 days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. For international orders, delivery times can vary between 1–6 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our products from the U.S. to over 236 countries globally! For international orders, please expect delivery times to take anywhere from 1–6 weeks.
Buyers are also responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may be incurred, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs processing.
My tracking information seems stuck, or I think my package was lost in transit. What do I do?
If your tracking has shown “pre-transit” for over 2 weeks with no updates, or if your package was marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up within 3 days, we’re happy to consider it lost in transit and send a replacement. Contact us so we can help!
Do you do commissioned artwork or custom orders?
I am currently not offering any commissioned or custom work at this time. Be sure to follow me on social media or join my email list for updates on this in the future!
Do you offer any discounts for large orders?
We currently offer a couple discounts when you build your own bundle!
